OPERATION PRINCIPLE

The thermal dispersion sensors produced by ISANIK are designed for measuring the level or the flow of a fluid without moving parts, so they are characterized by high reliability and robustness.

The sensitive element contained in the measurement probe provides an electrical signal that depends on the heat exchange between the probe and the fluid in which it is immersed.

The electric signal, suitably conditioned by a dedicated electronic circuit, allows to understand if the sensor is immersed or not in the fluid, or if the fluid is moving or stationary.
